Considerations

The on-site ceremony fee includes 1 additional hour for a ceremony immediately preceding the reception along with a designated space (option for indoor or outdoor ceremony). 200 White Garden Chairs are provided and will be set up by Venue 92. Alcoholic beverages will be provided by the client, but served by Venue 92 bartenders.

Facility Fee Includes

  • 7 total hours of rental time: 4 hour reception with 2 hours for set-up and 1 hour for end of the night strike by vendors. Additional hours may be rented for additional fee of $350 per hour.
  • Qty: 15 60-inch round tables
  • Qty: 7 8-ft rectangular tables
  • Qty: 8 30-inch hi-boy cocktail tables
  • Qty: 48-inch round tables for the cake and sweetheart tables
  • Qty: 200 Silver Chiavari Chairs
  • Personalized custom Gobo projection on the dancefloor
  • Custom uplighting around the reception space in your choice of color
  • Projection of personal images (that you provide on a flash drive) on a 60-inch flatscreen monitor in the entrance/bar area for your guest enjoyment
  • Use of elegantly-appointed Suite for getting reach (with ceremony)
  • Convenient Parking on-site for guest
Your date will be reserved exclusively for you upon the receipt of a signed Rental Agreement and a 33% 1st Installment Payment. The balance of the Facility Rental Fee will be due to Venue 92 on designated dates. Non-alcoholic Beverage Service at additional cost per person in addition to Facility Rental Fee required with rental of venue.
